Key responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain AV systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve AV technical issues.
  • Set up and operate AV solutions for events and meetings.
  • Conduct system tests, diagnostics, and maintenance to prevent downtime.
  • Provide technical support and training to clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate on AV solution design and implementation.
  • Stay updated on AV technologies and industry trends.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and installation guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate installation and troubleshooting documentation.

Candidate Profile

  • Namibian citizenship.
  • BTech in Audio-Visual (AV) Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in AV system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong knowledge of AV equipment, control systems, and signal processing.
  • Experience with video conferencing systems, digital signage, and integrated AV solutions.
  • Proficiency in cabling, networking, and AV system integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Ability to lead and work with a team.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Willingness to travel for on-site installations and support when required.
