Technical Team Leader - Low Voltage Installations

Windhoek, Namibia

Lead and oversee low-voltage system installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting (structured cabling, security, access control, automation).
Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
Conduct system tests, diagnostics, and performance evaluations.
Manage and mentor technical teams for efficiency and best practices.
Collaborate on custom solutions with engineers, project managers, and clients.
Maintain accurate documentation and technical records.
Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, guiding the team.
Coordinate logistics and ensure equipment availability for installations

Namibian citizenship.
BTech in Mechatronics or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in low-voltage system installations.
At least 2 years of leadership experience in managing technical teams.
Proven track record of successful installations and project execution.
Strong knowledge of low-voltage systems, structured cabling, security, and automation.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lead and work with a team.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Valid driver’s license.
Willingness to travel for on-site installations and support when required.
