Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed targets.
  • Accountable for sales, gross profit, and net profit.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team.
  • Track individual and team sales performance.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors.
  • Collaborate with technical and marketing teams.
  • Identify new business opportunities for Se7ensys.
  • Grow and develop existing clients while generating new business.

Candidate Profile

  • Namibian citizenship.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Administration, Sales, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
  • 5+ years of sales/management experience, preferably in technology, security, or IT solutions.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Strategic sales planning and execution.
  • Strong networking and client relationship management.
  • Adaptability to market trends and industry needs.
  • Proficiency in English; other languages are a plus.
  • Tech-savvy with solid computer literacy.
