Showroom Sales Representatives (Base Salary + Commission)

Key responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and assist clients in selecting Se7ensys solutions.
  • Demonstrate product features and tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Drive sales and meet individual/showroom targets.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering post-sale support.
  • Track and report sales performance and customer feedback.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new product offerings.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align showroom efforts with company goals.
  • Monitor and maintain showroom inventory and stock levels.

Candidate Profile

  • Namibian citizenship.
  • Proven experience in sales (preferably in technology or security sector).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and contribute to achieving showroom sales targets.
  • Customer-focused, with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales goals and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in English; other languages are a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, as required.
